Ectopic Nerve (Random, unplanted signals which is or can be activated by axon fibre 'cross talk' or random photons of light) impulses is send to your brain (Visual Center) via the optic nerve.
As Blind people are usually not completely blind or at least not A:: the rods and cone cells in the retina are dead. This will create random green blobs which is images processed by the brain
